Krisztina Shaw – founding partner
Krisztina leads Quest Invest Realty’s strategic direction and operations guaranteeing sustained organizational performance and business growth to create success for the Company’s international investors, owners and occupier clients in the undergoing transformation of the global real estate industry.
Krisztina is a multilingual, multicultural bridge-builder, intercultural expert, and seasoned international business strategist with over 20 years of experience.
Prior to establishing her global consultancy companies Krisztina enjoyed a rewarding international career, holding various senior executive roles at renowned multinational corporations, Johnson & Johnson, Depuy Synthes, Aesculap, and Medtronic. She has worked in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and the USA for more than two decades.
Krisztina, with her extensive experience from early-stage to Fortune 500 companies across a wide range of industries, healthcare, life science, green technologies, education and property technology advises and assists businesses and innovative entrepreneurs in their internationalization efforts on a global scale. Her expertise lies in expanding and driving businesses into new markets, implementing entry and growth strategies, and building global strategic alliances.
In addition, Krisztina has a deep knowledge of the functioning of the European Institutions and Bodies, of the European Policy Environment & EU Funding Programmes, and she is an independent expert in assessing applications and projects for EU-funded programs. She has served as an expert consultant providing capacity-building services to microcredit providers to enhance their institutional capacities under the Employment and Social Innovation Program, EaSI, funded and directly managed by the European Commission.
She also serves as a Mentor in strategy, corporate development, and trade at the Abu Dhabi SME Hub, a private-public initiative supported by the Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development in the United Arab Emirates.
Krisztina is committed to making a difference in the community. Founder of European Business Connect she volunteers in advocating for SMEs to maximize their impact at European and international levels.
She is author and intellectual property holder of a transnational, innovative metaverse platform concept in education aiming to develop cross-cutting sustainability competencies in learners.
H.E.A.T.M. Rahat (Abu Sultan) Mohammad – founding partner
Rahat leads how Quest Invest Realty helps international investors, owners and occupier clients develop and execute investment strategies ranging from the transaction of individual assets, and transaction of portfolios to investment banking and corporate finance services to optimize their exposure to real estate through innovative investment schemes.
Rahat is a seasoned professional with strong business reputation and expertise in trade finance, in project finance and structuring with a particular focus on the renewable energy and real estate sectors in Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and Africa.
Founder and Chief Executive Officer of INNOX Financial Institutions, C.O.F.I.R.M. , and Nasrin Group Industries, Rahat manages strategic investments in real estate development, sustainable renewable energy projects, raw materials trading, and industrial sectors across key global markets including the UK, the United Arab Emirates, Hong-Kong, Singapore, Bangladesh. The Companies employ over thousands of people worldwide.
In addition, Rahat manages two construction companies, and a state-of-the art e-commerce platform TEKATIKA with a team of expert programmers.
Moreover he is Founder of ABR AL KHAYAL a United Arab Emirates based venture specialised in technical and facility management services for the real estate sector.
Rahat has deep-rooted connections with Royal Families in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, and Bahrain. He is a Partner in investment programs for the real estate and sustainable energy sector in the Middle East overseeing a diversified global investment portfolio with focus on sustainable growth, strategic partnerships, and the seamless integration of real estate investments with other high-impact sectors.
As the Head of Finance for the Eurasia Afro Chamber of Commerce Rahat has the mission to facilitate seamless business interactions and partnerships between Eurasia and Africa.
Rahat’s social responsibility has grown up with him. He advocates for free education, free schooling for children, for access to healthcare for all, for employment generation, and for reducing poverty. He has been the Chairman of the Bangladesh based Jono Shokti Trust supporting all these initiatives.
Ab Kuijer – founding partner
Ab leads Quest Invest Realty’s sales, marketing and communication strategy, ensuring the Company’s continued growth in alignment with international investors’, owners’ and occupier clients’ aims to achieve their investment objectives in the dynamic and evolving international real estate market.
Ab is a dynamic and successful entrepreneur born in Amsterdam, renowned for his innovative approach to media, marketing, and international real estate.
He started his professional journey as a journalist and producer, contributing to several prominent newspapers, TV stations, and magazines. His media experience laid the foundation for his future marketing and business strategy ventures. In the 1990s, Ab co-founded WAPS, the first legal dance radio station in The Netherlands, marking the start of his pioneering spirit in creative industries.
In 1997, Ab launched his marketing agency, AbOriginals, rebranded as JuniorSenior in 2006, which became a leading marketing agency known for its innovative approach, blending youthful curiosity with seasoned expertise.
In 2006, Ab relocated to the South of France. His passion for real estate led him to establish Living on the Côte d’Azur, a high-end real estate platform offering personalized services to international clients seeking luxury properties in the French Riviera. His ability to blend marketing insights with real estate expertise allows him to deliver tailored solutions that connect buyers and sellers in one of the world’s most desirable locations.
In the same year Ab became Partner in FR2DAY, a popular local news site, and during his tenure as President, rebranded the British Chamber of Commerce into Riviera Business Club, creating a vibrant business community in the Region.
Ab is author of a concise guide “Think Small, Grow Big,” that captures his philosophy on marketing, social media, and business growth. His expertise earned him the title of Europe’s best Youth Marketing Expert in 2010. His insights and experience have made him a sought-after speaker at international conferences, including Incredibleurope in Austria, Bizkaia Creaktiva in Spain, and Rotorua in New Zealand, where he shared his knowledge on innovation, social media, and business development.
